Sorry, I've been busy doing the vfs changes. Normally
a patch against the production release would be the best
thing to do - but when changing from one codestream to
another it's best to use the most recent.

The code just got changed between the 2.0.7 and 2.2
releases, sorry. And 2.2.0 will *definately* be the
next production release, so patches should currently be
made against that branch.
