Volunteer Effort: WINS Replication

Here's something else that could use some volunteer help...

WINS Replication happens on port TCP/42.  I've got some sniff traces and
it appears as though there is some minimalist encryption going on.  If
anyone out there has a pair of WINS servers and would be willing & able to
do some sniffing I would really like to do some documenting, with the
eventual goal of being able to implement this stuff.
