sharing violation

I have vot obtained any response in other samba 
discussion groups for the following problem...
Scenario: SuSe Linux 6.2 upg to 6.4 on Compaq PL1600,
client Windows 2000Pro on Compaq Deskpro.
I have created files on client that I like to move to server.
Files from the same directory are copied except one or two
files that are prohibited to move because of Share violation.

Any idea?
