Unable to open dir/files below the share level directory from Win 98 clients.

Hi all,

Please help, here is the problem:

1. From Win 98 client, I can map network drives to SAMBA shares. However,
when open any of the subdirect or files below the shares, an error message
pop up:
The folder "\\WEB_TESTING\<username>\<file/directory>" does not exist
I could not create nor change any file/directory below the shares directory
eventhough
they appeared in the network drive. From DOS console I encounter the same
problem.

2. Using the same user logon id and password from Windows NT client I can
map the network drive and have no problem accessing the shares.

3. What SAMBA server configuration and / or Win98 configuration that will
allow them to work together or what haven't done?
I have checked UNIX permission and priviledge OK.

4. Below is the environment

Server configuration:
OS: Solaris 2.6
Samba: 2.0.7

SMB Window 98 configuration:
Protocol: TCP/IP (only)
Win 98 SR2
