Use last background...

How can I make it so that when the windows computer arrives at the login 
screen, it has the background of the last user that logged off.

Example:
	I have a username called neptune and I have the blue rivits background
	When I do Start Log off...  I want it to keep that background when it gets 
to the screen to login to the domain.

I don't think this is a samba issue, but some registry issue I would like 
to find out.
