Samba on Fat32

The problem is not related to SAMBA!
You should mount fat32 drive with proper permisions first so each local user
on linux
station to be able to read/write/etc..
If you do so  read/write will be accessible through samba too.
Hint: try passing umask parameter (with desired permisions) to mount your
fat drive.
