samba 2.2 alpha1 printing on IRIX

Hi,

  Just trying to figure out if this is my problem or not.... I'm using the
22alpha1 tarball on IRIX 6.5. Any printer I try to put a driver on I get a
permission denied message. I opened up the permissions on the print$ share
completely and I have the same problem. My question is "should this work on
IRIX? ie: have all the endian issues been cleaned-up?"
