Patches to update ...examples/VFS - Samba 2.2 branch

Updates to 3 files from the samba/examples/VFS directory to make the audit
and skeleton VFS samples functional with the updated VFS interface in the
SAMBA_2_2 branch. The three updated files are Makefile, audit.c, and skel.c.

The VFS feature, generally, is still broken. The result being the SIGSEGV
that I posted about last week (Oct. 26th - subject: Samba 2.2 and VFS
feature).
