I'm working on sidlc, Samba IDL Compiler that is supposed to be taking care
of this stuff. It parses MIDL sources.
aparser and vluke are programs Andrew put in because he couldn't wait any
longer for sidlc. Also each and every team member is getting sick and tired
(not to mention irritated/agitated) of writing all these things by hand.

I've been busy lately and hadn't committed anything for a month. Sorry guys.
However, I'm now on it again.
