Charles,

The smbd and nmbd man pages included with 2.0.7 do not refer
to the netbios scope option.  It appears that this was moved 
to a global smb.conf parameter between 2.0.6 and 2.0.7.
Have no idea why.  Wasn't paying attention to that.
