hm.  reminds me of corewars.

ok, in the SMS utilities, it is possible to shut down a browser (except
NT), for exactly these kinds of nasty problems: badly behaved browsers.

it's a UDP mailslot packet, command type 0x11, i think, and we have a spec
for it somewhere.
