BUG(?): NT ACL support in 2.0.6

When "List" or "Add" permissions are set on a directory with
explorer.exe and "Replace permissions on existing files"
is checked, all "rwx" bits are cleared for all files in the
directory.

As "Add" is actually "(WX)(Not specified)" it seems to be
more wise left file permissions intact.

Also, SAMBA incorrectly shows permissions ()(for files),
because "create mask" isn't taken into account.
