"Inherit Permissions" request for comments

I throw in my support for David's suggestion.

I completely agree that setgid=yes should take precedence over igo=no and
echo Phil's sentiments concerning the alternative.

For sake of current installs, defaulting igo=no makes sense.  Since "inherit
permissions" defaults to 'no', good documentation will likely suffice to
prevent accidental igo=no where "inherit permissions" is changed to 'yes'
without using setgid=yes.
