SAMBA Password problems

Hello,

When I connect to SWAT from an NT workstation as a user and try to
change my password, I get the following error:

machine 127.0.0.1 rejected the tconX on the IPC$ share. Error was : ERRSRV -
ERRbadpw (Bad password - name/password pair in a Tree Connect or Session
Setup are invalid.).

I can log on as root and change a users password fine, but as a user I
get an error every time. I did find a FAQ out here and checked the following
things:

  _____

Firstly, make sure that you do NOT have "bind interfaces only = yes" in your
smb.conf file.

Secondly, if you have specified "hosts allow = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/yy" please
add
to it "localhost". ie: hosts allow = 123.45.67.0/24 127.

  _____

I have these things set, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
