Multiple WINS Servers Enhancement

Chris,

I don't quite follow you, i.e. I am not sure you are in favor
of this patch or not. This is just an addon option with no
side effect on existing functionality. Although it has a
narrow application. I don't see any reason not to do it.
I don't know why you are stuck with this replication argument.
We all know what we have and the docs will make sure others
know that too.
