[SAMBA-TNG] recursive lookup problem in lib/domain_namemap.c

i added a call to lookup_lsa_names() in lib/domain_namemap.c.  this is
used in samrd, so you can imagine what happens.

consequences: you quickly run out of processes.

be warned: don't use SAMBA_TNG until i fix this.  i may put in an interim
fix (roll-back) and a proper fix is going to have to use a SURS table.
