Does anyone know where a copy of "clomin" is?  (With instructions :-)

This seems like the kind of thing that we used to feed into it back when I
was in college.

CLOMIN = Combinational Logic Optimization and MINimization Program.

It does not generate code, but it might be able to validate if the truth
table is as simple as it could be.
