[SAMBA_TNG] repro case for weird behaviour found

hi, do you remember that log file that someone sent in, where it had a
bind request but no bind acknowledge?  well, it did, but it was 5 bytes of
garbage instead of the expected [appx] 72 bytes?

well, i have a repro case for it using rpcclient instead of nt, os i
should be able to nail it.  ok, let me put it this way: i don't know how
long, but i _have_ to get it :)
