2.0.6

I'm experimenting with "wins hook".

I have a logfile with all the registrations and a logfile with the <00>
names (the ones that should go in the dns, as <03> and <20> sometimes
are login names or the like).

There is an anomaly (this is grepped for WORKGROUP, my workgroup name):

wins hook fires for "WORKGROUP <00>" with ip 255.255.255.255.
Is this correct being WORKGROUP <00> a group name?
This cause the log file I use to register the name/ip mappings to
include the mapping "WORKGROUP 255.255.255.255"

I've been logging wins hook for about 3 weeks now, and this happened
just the 3 times above. Looking at the logs I see that in that period of
time I restarted samba-2.0.6 (PDC/WINS) 3/4 times.
