Joining Samba domains, and .mac files

ok, this is geting to be such a fewquent request, it's not true.

for now, use rpcclient -S . -U%
lsaquery
createuser server$ -j


if enough people keep mentioning this, i'll go mad, and actually fix
smbpasswd.
