Well the code in the SAMBA_2_0 branch is correct. The
WHATSNEW and version.h need moving over from SAMBA_2_0_RELEASE
that's all. I tend to do releases from SAMBA_2_0_RELEASE
by synchronising what is in the SAMBA_2_0 source over to 
SAMBA_2_0_RELEASE just before release.
