Moving of read only files under user security is allowed?

In the previous email writedir was not present.

Please, say 
- what is exactly your dir structure
- what you get on unix
- what you'd expect on unix
- what you get through samba
- what you'd expect through samba

with a dir structure as
      temp      dr-xr-xr-x
          testing    -r--r--r--
I get the same behavior on unix and samba, as regards as moving the file
outside of the dir.
