SAMBA_TNG: install-libs, install-includes?

With the code in SAMBA_TNG moving toward a more modular design, it would
benefit authors of external programs to be able to build against an installed
set of Samba libraries.  Of course, this means having access to the header
files, as well.  Does anyone have any plans to include the necessary header
files in the Samba install, or are these to be treated as internal to Samba?

Will the amount of configuration information present in include/includes.h be
a problem?  How much of an effect does this header file have on the
definitions of structures, and so forth?
