Using a smb server to authenticate ftp clients.

Hi,

I work on a program called muddleftpd. It is an ftp server with a flexable
configuration. My latest version contains support for dynamic modules (loaded
via dlopen() ) to authenticate users. I am wondering where I could get
information about checking usernames/passwords over SMB. I wish to write an
example muddleftpd module that will do this.
