did i promise not to add any new code?

oops.

well, there now exists a "secrets" database, and it's now storing the
trust account passwords.

no, it's not secured. no, i don't implement any security like i do in
samrtdb, so any user can access the trust account passwords. i will fix
this later on, when i feel like it, i'm still pissed at the people who
tell me it's not ok to choose to implement samtdb as files.

no, i don't want to hear about it, unless you've actually examined the
code. if you haven't looked at the code, don't speak to me until you
have.

right. have fun, i'm off for probably... the rest of the day.
