windows error 1312 with share mode access

Hello,
 
I have a big problem:
- on a solaris 2.6 server, I have a samba server (v2.0.6) with share mode
acces
and encrypt password.
- on my NT4 client, when I connect this share, that work well
but if I disconnect and reconnect too quickly, I have a windows error:
"system error 1312..."
And I don't have this problem, if I wait some seconds. But I can't wait.

What is the problem, and can I find a solution??
