[samba-tng] sam tdb - lesson to be learned

*giggle*.  with all that talk of how to do manual editing of smbpasswd
files, i wish i could do that now.  i have an account with garbage acb
bits (it's a normal, workstation, domain trust account with account
disabled, no password, password expired etc etc), and i can't get rid of
it without either writing a command in rpcclient to do it or deleting the
samtdb database :-)
