smbcacls & german umlauts

Hi!

Just playing around with the new smbcacls tool. Listing entries against a
german NT gives Domänenadministratoren (typing with an american keyboard
layout ;-)) with the a-umlaut in DOS codepage format. Diving into util_unistr.c
I found loads and loads of conversion routines. unistr2_to_ascii does not
really seem to give correct semantics for usernames. Which routine should be
used instead?
