Adding ACL support for AIX

I saw that Medha Date and Scott Prather at IBM may be currently working
on Samba 2.2 ACL support for AIX's JFS ACLs in a post here back in October.

Since AIX is not listed as a an ACL target for 2.2 on the roadmap, I was
curious as to how this was going.  Does it look like it will make 2.2
(or has it already)?
