2.2.0 tdb diskspace leak!

Fix confirmed on both Solaris and Linux platforms with this morning's CVS
update. The file "unexpected.tdb" grew to 40,960 bytes, but no more, on a
relatively active network (several hundreds of workstations, a few dozens of
servers).
On to finding / fixing other bugs ;-)
