No... Maybe something like:

(lp_domain_logons()
 && (   lp_domain_master()
     || lp_local_master()))


I have a box, that is only local master, but the PDC.
This sounds crazy, but I decided for this to get
HEAD-master-browser-functionality (The TNG on that box
wasn't always good as a master browser)

Still logins work fine.
