2.0.7pre4 - some swat/utmp comments

For the record - I successfully compiled 2.0.7pre4 with utmp support on
ReliantUNIX 5.44 (mips-sni-sysv4).

About swat/utmp - it is currently confusing. `utmp' options appears
under "Locking Options"? and all other utmp-related options under
Miscellanious. I'd suggest that all of them go into Logging - that looks
more logical IMHO.
