I've gotten as far as ... I need some more traces to compare to what I
have :-)

More seriously the protocol doesn't look *so* complex. There is only 2 or
3 packet query types. One is an array of netbios names/ip addr pair being
pushed or pulled (easy to decode). The other one contains timestamps and
the last replication number (more complex to decode).
