Buglet RE: new interfaces code (bug fix + questions)

Buglet (smells, like it was my fault). Now ifr is not incrmented and all
interfaces get the same address. Patch attached.

BTW ifreq = ifr[i] implies, that compiler can copy structs by value. Would not
memcopy be a bit safer?
