oplock issues

[DLA]

For the past couple days I have been trying to run
netbench60 on samba2.0.5a, i386 linux2.2.5-15 from 
redhat6.0,  which has been resulting in complete
failures relating to oplocks.

I just found this oplock issue in this list, and have
just seen many source patches in cvs, etc...  

Q1: Has this issue been resolved or just the recovery
from the failure?
Q2: What is the best method to upgrade 2.0.5a to the
most stable version that includes these specific
patches?
