samba shared client lib needs LGPL

mr roberts,

i have examined this code, it contains some header files, copyright Luke
Kenneth Casson Leighton. it does not contain the GPL license, under which
those files are released publicly (you should be aware that the COPYING
file and INSTALL files are symbolic links to non-existent files. you
should also be aware that AUTHORS is empty).

please remove all files with a Copyright notice with my name on them from
your web site, immediately.

you may return said files to your website once the GPL license is also
placed on your website, along with a README file that indicates that the
code contained on your website is licensed under the GPL.
