Problems with AIX

I've actually found and fixed a bug relating exactly to that
for the upcoming 2.0.6 release. I happened with an old (no
service pack or OSR release) Win95 when a chained packet
response wasn't aligned on a 4 byte boundary.

There may be other reasons for this, but this one was
seen in packet sniffs here.

We are about to release a snapshot of 2.0.6 for testing,
and there have been many changes that could increase 
reliability. I'd recommend trying the snapshot (not in
production, but on a test server) to see if it fixes
the problems you're reporting.
