HD size limit?

Hi all,

maybe anybody out there has the same problem:

My 8GB and hard drives are schown as 4 GB hard drives
under Win NT.

config:

	RedHat 6 - Linux 225
	Samba CVS 09/29/99
	Clients: NT4 SP5

	smb.conf: max disk size=0
		  dfree command='' 

df says:
 [root at fraggle /root]# df /dev/hdb1
 Filesystem           1k-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
 /dev/hdb1              8696477   7157988   1087466  87% /disc/hdb

windoze says:
 4.261.347.840 bytes capacity
 to a share called pub, which is located in /disc/hdb/pub

any idea?
