Win950B machine trying to browse with null username and password

Hi,

I am seeing a Windows 95 950B machine doing a Sesssetup&X with a null
password and account name when it tries to connect to IPC$.

Needless to say, since the server is in user level security, the
SessSetup&X is failing, so browsing is failing as well.

Has anyone seen this?  What is the fix?
