There's definitely practical use. You might want to use usrmgr on a
remote machine, but you are locally logged in as 'rsharpe'. Simply say
net use \\remote\ipc$ /user:administrator
to establish a connection, and voila, usrmgr will use this authorized
connection. No need to connect to a 'real' share.
