new version of pam_ntdom

jeeps, no wonder no-one's split out the samba client code into a library
before.  every time i do it, it's just as bad.

*sigh*.  two days later, there is another version of pam_ntdom in the cvs
repository.  usual methods for cvs checkout, module name is pam_ntdom.

anyone want to play before i do a release, much appreciate the feedback.

yes, i have been getting one report per week (oo, it don't compile on
redhat 6) and i finally figured it was time to do something about it :)
