oplock issues

FYI:
After installing 2.0.6-pre2, samba stopped it's
complete runaway so I could analyze what was causing
the initial state of the oplock and zombie smbd
issues.

My NIC, or driver, was generating just enough xmit
overruns to break NetBench6.0.  I swapped from Intel
pro/100 to 3c905b, but don't know yet if just a bad
induvidual NIC or not.

NB60 got 32.49Mbps w/16 clients on AMD400 64MB IDE and
lots of collisions on cheap 100 hub :)
