smbwrapper and redhat 6.0 (glibc-2.1)

I've had a play with getting smbwrapper to work under redhat 6.0.  For
some reason glibc-2.1 requires a _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE to be defined
before you get useful things like struct stat64.  )-:

smbwrapper now compiles, but there are some linking problems to be
worked out.
