credentials wrong for inter-domain trust account NETLOGON

[Luke Kenneth Casson Leighton]

issue to deal with here: resolving this by running Debug version of
NETLOGON.DLL with debug-flag switched on in registry.  can anyone remember
which registry value is needed?
