local master = no ==> workgroup<1e> ?

Hi!

If I set 'local master = no' then the group name workgroup<1e> 
is still shown in a status request. Not that this disturbs anyone,
but I would like to show this in courses, and this might cause
some confusion.

Or am I mislead thinking that <1e> should only pop up when a nmbd
wants to receive election packets?
