Win2000 printing

Hey Jeremy, remember that NT4 printing hack where we fail opening \srvsvc
immediately after \spoolss?

Well, it's backfired :-) With Windows 2000, just failing \spoolss now has the
desired effect of falling back to LanManager printing. Then proceeding to fail
\srvsvc kills printing altogether.

Unless someone objects I'm about to add RA_WIN2K as a separate remote
architecture - I'm sure it will come in useful elsewhere - and restrict the
srvsvc hack to RA_WINNT.
