Does the time offset parameter really work?

No. Its got to be minutes.  Here some output when time offset = 30

Slackware 3.5 Linux box

	burrito:~# date
	Thu Jan 28 07:55:49 CST 1999

Windows 95 OSR2 box

	C:\users\jerry>net time \\burrito
	Current time at \\BURRITO is 1-28-1999 7:25A.M.
	The command was completed successfully.

Now the other interesting thing is that last night it 
was causing the Samba server to report time as AM.  This 
morning it will repoort time as AM.  Is it always reporting 
time as AM?
