COOL!  this works then????  excellent if it does, that's what i intended
to happen!

basically, if you configure 2 samba servers as PDCs those that are not
PDCs will attempt every 5 minutes to _become_ the PDC, and back off when
DOMAIN_NAME<1b> registration fails.
