remote announce

Hi,

Here is my understanding of when/why you would want use remote announce.

If you have a workgroup that is spread across subnets, then you may want
your Samba server to send host announcements into subnets. 

Apparently, Windows NT does not support workgroups split across subnets.

Also, if you want to announce a Samba server into other workgroups than the
one it is in (either on the local subnet? or other subnets).
