Samba, browsing and election versions

Hi folks,

I noticed that during elections, Samba sets the Election Version field of
the Election Criterion to 0x010f.  This is the same as Windows NT currently
uses.

However, if MS ever change this, we will need to get a new version out to
people.

Would there be any objection to adding election version as a parameter
which defaults to 0x010f?
